Cancellation policy:
We appreciate you booking with us here at Blended Beauty Parlor. Due to the demand of our stylists schedule, we require a credit card on file to book an appointment. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24hrs preceding your appointment. Any time after the cancellation window (24hrs) of your scheduled appointment time will result in 50% of the cost of your scheduled services. If you no-call / no-show, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your scheduled services.

Redo Policy:
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your service. If you need any adjustments to your hair, Blended Beauty Parlor must be notified within a week that your service was provided.
If you are requesting a refund, the refund amount will be discussed at the time of when the complaint is made. Refund requests are only eligible up to a week after the service was provided.

How Do I Leave Gratuity?:
Gratuity cannot be left on credit cards. However, we do have an ATM on site!
